Call Answered: The first time I saw Sierra Boggess perform in a Broadway show was when she starred opposite Tyne Daly in "Master Class." The second time I saw her perform was, again, opposite Tyne Daly in "It Shoulda Been You." Hmm...maybe I only see Sierra Boggess perform when she is opposite Tyne Daly..hehe. Now to be given the opportunity to speak with Sierra about performing with The New York Pops, one of the greatest orchestras in the country, alongside their fearless leader, Steven Reineke, paying tribute to musical theatre legends Rodgers and Hammerstein, is a true honor! Call Redialed: For the sixth time in a row, I've had the opportunity to interview Steven Reineke, The New York Pops Musical Director/Conductor. Steven sure had a lot of excitement in talking about The New York Pops' inaugural summer series at Forest Hills Stadium featuring two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster on Thursday, August 6 and American band Pink Martini on Friday, August 7 at 7:30pm!
